夜色沉沉的东京新宿站，日韩劳碌一天的人们依旧行色匆匆，日韩仿佛从不知停歇的工蜂。然而却有一群正处在青春期的女孩绽放着无忧无虑的笑容。她们身穿着不同款式的校服，似乎早已约好一般同时来到这里，女孩们在月台前一字排开，手拉手齐齐跳向飞驰而来的列车。一时间血光四溅，54个鲜活的生命瞬间消失。 这一事件轰动全国，与此同时类似集体自杀的事件愈演愈烈，甚至连调查此案的警官黑田敏春（石橋凌 饰）及其家人也受到波及。黑田的搭档涉泽健次（永瀬正敏 饰）通过不懈的调查，发现一连串的自杀事件都和一个名为“自杀俱乐部”的网站有关。事件的真相究竟如何？惨剧最终能否终止？
