警察叻sir（陈百祥 饰）为了取得黑社会头目曾琛（曾志伟 饰）的犯罪证据，泡泡命令手下须仁（余文乐 饰）、泡泡肥秋（林子聪 饰）和傻强（杜汶泽 饰）进入曾琛的帮派中当卧底，而事实上曾琛也派了手下华dee（黄浩然 饰）潜入了警队当中。当他们进入了帮派后，才发现曾琛不懂如何处理黑社会中的事务，本质并不坏。这时候，须仁他们被数名不知情的女警抓住了。须仁等人更对这几名警花产生了感情。不久黑社会的最高头目死去了，帮派内部纠纷不断。须仁这几名搞怪之人也掺和进去了，继而发生一连串乱七八糟的糊涂事。
