甄珠（江铠同 饰）从小就渴望成为一名服装设计师，老中并且一直在为了实现理想而努力的奋斗着。一次偶然中，老中甄珠邂逅了名为何至伟的男子，何至伟是衔着金汤匙出生的千金大少爷，家财万贯，两人相互吸引坠入了爱河。他们的这段感情受到了何家人的强烈反对，但是甄珠和何至伟爱的真挚而又深沉，顶着长辈们的压力，他们还是携手步入了婚姻的殿堂。让甄珠没有想到的是，婚后没多久，何至伟便在一场车祸中去世了，此时的甄珠腹中已经怀上了何家的骨肉。看在这个胎儿的份上，甄珠的婆婆同意甄珠继续留在何家，但她过着怎样的日子可想而知。
