飞扬（徐若瑄 饰）有家族遗传病史，红音如今她的生命进入倒计时100天，红音多年前父亲也因该病离世，但直到她发病，冷漠的母亲也未告诉她父亲去世的真相。出于对生命的珍惜，飞扬决定善用活着的毎一天。她只身奔赴上海，尽量摆脱将要告别世界的恐惧，用自己的真心感染身边的每一个人。这天，细雨如丝，她踫到生命中最重要的一个人——画家徐风（胡歌 饰），经过几番接触，他们相互爱上了对方。当飞扬静下心来，她感觉不能让心爱的人遭受一段没有结局的恋爱，于是向徐风提出分手，徐风顿感莫名其妙。突然失踪的飞扬令徐风百思不得其解，他放下手头工作四处寻找，终于，飞扬向他袒露了真相......
