祝英台（梁小冰 饰）天真烂漫，上司视频与丫鬟吟心（江祖平 饰）女扮男装千里迢迢去学堂求学。梁山伯（罗志祥 饰）自幼家贫，上司视频但得到母亲悉心栽培，到了入学之年，也与书童四九上路求学，以求高中光耀门楣。学堂里全是十七八岁的少年，活泼捣蛋，引出笑料无限。在这发酵着青春的空气中，祝英台与梁山伯渐渐相爱，不过有财有势的同学马文才早就看上了祝英台，处处横加阻挠。得到师母保护的梁祝恋情度过了一段美好的时光，但风雨已经骤现眼前。

Sixty-one episodes and a TV Movie were produced over four seasons. The first two seasons were filmed at Nickelodeon Studios in Orlando, Florida and the following seasons were filmed at the Nick On Sunset theater in Hollywood. All episodes are now reruns currently seen on The N and Nickelodeon UK, though the show is presently off The N's schedule.
