FOX过去宣布直接预订《紧急呼救 9-1-1》的衍生剧《紧急呼救：铜陵孤星 9-1-1: Lone Star》，铜陵如剧名这剧背景设置在美国孤星州 - 得州，主演是Rob Lowe。母剧原班人马Ryan Murphy﹑Brad Falchuk及Tim Minear联手负责此衍生剧，剧中讲述一名纽约警察Owen Strand（Rob Lowe饰）为了找回生活平衡，带同儿子来到得州。主角在处理自己的问题之余，还得在新地方继续保护市民。
