回复 :香港史上赫赫有名的华人探长蓝江（向华强 饰）为人正直清廉，为了捉拿罪犯他不惜冲突了跛豪的场子，结果同事从中挑拨，令蓝江被调到反飞组。专事调查阿飞案件的反飞组是清水衙门，蓝江诸手下眼见其他部门收受“规费”，按耐不住也上街疯狂敲诈市民，惹出诸多麻烦。在舞厅看场的飞哥（张国荣 饰）和女友梁小敏（周慧敏 饰）生活虽然清苦却仍然甜蜜，华人议员家的太子爷一伙时常在飞哥的舞厅中贩毒闹事，双方矛盾暗中逐渐积累。蓝江将涉嫌犯罪的太子爷拘留调查，反而因此险些丢掉公职。另一方面，飞哥也因偷窃太子爷的车被对方殴打。太子爷一伙参与白粉生意，设计将飞哥陷害，困境中的飞哥决定与蓝江合作……
