所有的一切都是在某个公寓的房间里收到了一个包裹后开始的。房间中女大学生村上利惠（木筑沙绘子饰）与情人广川正耽于情爱。两人背后的电视播放着包裹中录像。包裹是利惠的朋友元子（桥本杏子饰）寄送的。她从海边的度假酒店给利惠发来了这个录像。在冬季，春暖海边酒店顾客很少，春暖于是作为宣传手段，这家酒店为年轻人提供免费的招待服务。在录像中，一脸天真的元子邀请利惠前往酒店。于是利惠一人来到了这个名叫“汀”的酒店。冷清的酒店前台只有一名名叫添田的接待。添田让利惠从扑克牌中抽出一张牌。添田看着利惠抽出的黑桃牌流露出奇怪的神色，而这张黑桃牌会将利惠的命运引向何处…
