茅山正宗传人七哥和两个不成器的徒弟共同保卫着青龙镇，地狱直到同门师妹黄蓉和她徒弟到来悄然改变。停尸间尸变，地狱赶尸道长遇害，各类毒物突袭等一系列怪事接踵而至，原来一切都是师妹于暹罗结仇的降头师所为，而更大的复仇计划正将来临。茅山后裔们严阵以待，正邪大战一触即发。
