清末民初，图日英叔师徒行医济世，图日除祟安魂，行至小镇郊外恰遇阴公开道大办冥婚，僵尸出没借机害人，师徒几人冒险救下棺木内的红衣美新娘，却被卷入孤坟魔僵连环杀人案，在警察厅的支持下展开紧急调查。百姓接连惨死，贪财好色的恶霸霍大有成为下一个被猎杀的目标，英叔由此推断出丧命者都与清末一桩冤案有关，开坛做法激战复仇魔僵。谜案错杂，正邪交锋，英叔一行人能否为已逝之人洗刷冤屈，还小镇太平呢？
