警視廳特務課的教官濱口對菜鳥女刑警真美（星美梨香 飾）進行了特務搜查官的能力測驗，桃谷接連兩次的測驗真美都順利過關。濱口告訴真美對於超越一般常識的犯罪者，桃谷千萬不可以大意，要真美持續磨練自己變裝和床技，真美也將教官的叮嚀牢記在心，順利進入特務課工作。某天指導中的教官突然變成陰柔的同性戀，引發不小騷動。真美突然被上級指派，接替課長負責這起案件，她開始跟蹤嫌疑犯進行調查，沒想到卻意外發現這起謎樣的案件，竟然與專門找主婦下手的惡性推銷有關，到底真美會如何完美破案呢?
