黄晸玟日前确定将主演根据《解救吾先生》翻拍的韩国电影《人质》，欧洲具体角色尚未透露。黄晸玟原计划在《特工》之后出演尹济均导演的太空题材电影《回归》，欧洲但因为该片制作无限延期，遂决定接演电影《人质》。他将在主演话剧《俄狄浦斯》（1月29日－2月24日）的日程结束之后，于今年5月投入《人质》的拍摄。
