因一场意外而昏迷住院的阿谈（郑财饰），福利在经过6个月治疗后返回家里，福利却发现他最亲爱的堂妹小蓝（明希饰）不见踪影。在阿谈追问之下，爸妈才透露说：“小蓝未婚怀孕，被玷污的她让整个家族蒙羞，阿公大发脾气把小蓝赶出门，更因此中风！”但大家的反应诡异，事件又充满疑点，让阿谈不禁怀疑…。从这天起，那首怪异的童谣与恐怖的稻草人景象，便每晚在他脑海中缠绕，阿谈仿佛又常看到堂妹的身影出现在家里。于是他决定瞒着家人寻找她的下落，当却发现惊人的秘密隐藏在家庭中……
